PJHL League-Wide Toy Drive – Detailed Outline

1. Purpose of the Toy Drive

• The PJHL is collecting toys for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital.

• All donated toys from every arena will be delivered together on December 13 at the Christmas Light Parade & Toy Run in Saskatoon.

2. How the Toy Collection Works

A. For Games in the South

• Toys donated at southern-region games will not be delivered locally.

• Instead, all toys from southern arenas will be transported back to Saskatoon before December 13.

• This ensures one unified delivery from the entire league.

B. For Games in Saskatoon & Area

• Toys dropped off at northern-region games will be held locally.

• All collected toys (north + south) will be delivered together on December 13.

3. What Can Be Donated

• New, unopened toys only.

• No stuffed animals are requested by the hospital due to health and infection control policies.

• However, if someone still brings a stuffed animal, we can accept it—it’s simply not preferred for health reasons.

• Westleys @ Storm

• Capitals @ Timberjaks

December 7

• Rebels @ Chiefs

• Westleys vs Royals

December 10

• Storm @ Chiefs

• Thunder vs Quakers

December 11

• Royals vs Timberjaks (if needed)

December 12

• Moosomin @ Quakers

5. Final Notes

• Please ensure toys are new, unopened, and preferably non-stuffed.

• All donations from across the league will be delivered together on December 13.
